We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items CANNOT be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SECTION 1 – ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Most of our products are custom and so the buyer should allow proper time for creating and processing their order. Detail, quality and material in stock and/or availability are all large factors in creation and processing times. We will do our very best to provide the buyer their order in the timeliest fashion possible. In the event of any delay, we promise clear and concise communication. All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 working days.
SECTION 2 – DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES
Domestic shipping rates will be calculated on orders sub-totalling less than $99.99 CAD. Rates are subject to current charges from Canada Post and courier services (UPS, Purolator, etc.). Rates are calculated by size, weight and shipping region from Yorkton, SK, Canada. Shipping rates are applied in accordance with the buyer’s choice (regular parcel, expedited, air, courier, etc.) at checkout. Freight is based on volumetric weight which is estimated to be around 10% to 25% of value of goods; the larger the shipment, the smaller the percentage. Rate quotes are available. We use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS as our logistics service providers. We have managed to get preferential rates and we charge this rate plus packaging to minimize your freight cost. Please note, that we outsource the use of courier service and cannot be held responsible after the fact your packages leave our premises. Rates are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING TIMES
Currently we ONLY ship across Canada and shipping can take anywhere from 1-7 days depending on the location in which you reside. We work with various courier companies to find the quickest way for your order to be sent. Please have patience.
SECTION 4 – DELAYED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order leaves our shop, it is handled by a 3rd party carrier and due to circumstances beyond our control, Ligneous Ingenious cannot be responsible once your package has left our premises. In case of a delayed, lost or stolen package, we will make every effort to help you locate your package. You can track your package via the tracking number issued to you when your order has been confirmed. All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company. If carrier has confirmed delivery and you were not available to receive your package and it is stolen, Ligneous Ingenious cannot accept responsibility. You order your products agreeing to these shipping terms.
SECTION 5 – FREE SHIPPING*
There’s always a catch! Free shipping is available for orders sub-totalling more than $100 CAD. *Unfortunately, this does not include items that are larger than 1 metre (3.3 feet) volumetric size or 10kg (22 pounds) volumetric weight. In cases where the buyer’s order is larger or heavier than these measurements, we will do everything possible to obtain the best shipping method and rate possible.
SECTION 6 – LOCAL DELIVERY AND PICK UP
Contact us if you’re in the Yorkton area and you’d like to arrange a delivery or pick up. Deliveries are FREE within the city of Yorkton or a 10km radius of Yorkton, SK, Canada.
SECTION 7 – ORDER TRACKING
Once you place an order, it is created, processed and shipped, you will receive a link to your tracking number via email. Please follow up the status of your package via the link.
